Join me in exploring the joy life has to offer us if we are willing to do a little work to get there. In my 5-session course “How to live to be 100 and love it” we openly discuss what works and what doesn’t work and stops us in creating for ourselves healthy mind, healthy body, happiness, relationships and prosperity. We explore how to do this within the framework of our modern society.
By sharing some of my experiences with you from my 72 years of hard, fast, living, I may be able to save you a few bumps in the road as you seek happiness and fulfillment and joy in your life. We do it lightly and lively.
Wednesdays July 23, 30 & August  6, 13, 20. Time: 7 PM. Emerson Room: TBA. $10 Fee.
