OCCASIONAL USE Sanctuary $75.00/HOUR without use of the kitchen. Time for set-up will be billed at the same rate. Custodian fee is decided per event. Kitchen $100.00/event; includes use of pots and pans, ovens and burners, ice as available, and surface spaces. Does not include dishes, tableware, freezer, refrigerator (except for minimal use) and dishwashers. Custodian fee is decided per event. Smaller Meeting Rooms $35.00 includes up to two hours. Grounds Memorial Garden -- $50/hr Grounds of north of RE Building -- $50/hr 2.5 acres, includes a labyrinth, firepit, bbq, picnic area Other Charges for use of tables and chairs -- TBA Members will be charged at a 25% reduction in rental fees. Large, for-profit events may entail an additional charge of $2/person. Piano rental for Sanctuary fee $110.00 (fee includes tuning) LONG-TERM USE Rent for any organization using space daily or weekly on a regular basis will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
